FEATURES - EM-ZRe SERIES

High-speed processing of Sheet Metal products without scratches on the back side

ZR turret and full-flat table realise high-speed processing without scratches on the back side.

  • Equipped with a retractable turret that raises and lowers only the dies required for processing. Since the lower turret is hidden under the brush, there is no need to worry about scratches on the back of the sheet metal or to modify the program for molding.
  • It is possible to process top and bottom molding and high height molding without scratches.

Programming is easy – no track dead zone and mold-free location.

  • New track structure eliminates sheet metal allocation restrictions. Simply specify the sheet metal, refer to the sheet metal ID, and automatically create the optimum sheet metal layout.
  • It facilitates programming and improves yield.

Digital management of quality with ID Tools

Prevent tool setting mistakes with the ID Tool.

  • Each tool is digitally managed using the ID stamped on the tool.
  • Since the machine automatically checks the ID when mounting the tool, mounting mistakes are eliminated.

Stabilisation of high-quality processing tool condition management.

  • Displays tools that require maintenance and always maintains the best tool conditions.

Eliminates the need for shim adjustment – Automatic die height adjustment.

  • Since the height is automatically adjusted according to the amount of die polishing, there is no need to adjust the shims.

Shorter program times and less machine downtime

Easily create nesting data – Large-capacity tool storage.

  • A maximum of 300 tools can be installed, making it easy to create nesting data according to production plans.

Reduction of downtime of machine operation – Automatic die exchange system.

  • By automating the tool setup that occurs for each product, machine downtime can be greatly reduced.
  • In addition, by having two dies with different clearances for one punch, it is possible to process different plate thicknesses and materials with appropriate clearances.

AMNC4ie

  • The new AMNC 4ie NC system is developed based on the concept of the "4 e's" to address the key issues in sustainability, namely "human issues" and "environmental issues." In addition to controlling machines and peripheral devices, the AMNC 4ie has enhanced interface functions to connect customers and machines.

FUNCTIONALITY - EM-ZRe SERIES

AC servo direct twin drive

  • A simple and well-balanced structure with a dedicated AC servo motor directly connected to the left and right of the eccentric shaft.
  • This efficient movement achieves an amazingly high stroke and an optimum stroke for the plate thickness.

Power leveling energy saving circuit

  • Braking energy during ram control is collected and stored in a capacitor.
  • A new mechanism that reuses this as energy during ram acceleration.

Processing of 5'x10' material Without Repositioning

  • The X-axis travel distance is 3050mm (for EM-3612ZRTe, EM-3612ZRBe), which enables high-speed and stable machining of 5' x 10' material without changing grips.
  • It also reduces complicated work on the program.

MPT Tap Tool (Tapping Station)

  • Equipped with a tap station in the turret. The processing range is shared with the punching process, and there is no need to change the grip of the clamp during tapping, thereby shortening the processing time and programming time.

New slug suction device

  • Highly efficient slug lifting prevention mechanism for all stations.
  • At each station, inverter-controlled 3-stage suction power prevents scraps from rising.

Clamp positioner (3 pieces) (Option)

  • Supports automatic clamp positioning and long-term continuous automatic operation by program.
