The AMADA HRB Series combines a new frame design with reliable and recognised features.

 

To further increase productivity, these bending machines are equipped with the latest innovative AMNC 3i multi-touch screen interface with Lite mode. Thanks to the new optional automatic crowning device, high-quality parts can be produced with increased accuracy, whilst maintaining low energy costs and incredible process stability. The range covers 50 to 220 tonnes and 2 to 4 metres.

FEATURES - HRB Series

Amada cutting-edge AMNC 3i operation

  • By adopting a multi-touch type LCD panel and incorporating a user-centered design, it is possible to operate the screen intuitively like a smartphone, giving consideration to improving operator operability. The conventional horizontal 15-inch display has been expanded to a vertical 18.5-inch wide display, allowing you to check the information necessary for programming and bending at a glance. By enhancing the display function, tooling information can be displayed realistically.

Selectable mode – Switching modes according to the skill of the operator.

  • FULL mode and LITE mode can be selected with AMNC3i.
  • In the LITE mode, the functions are limited and an operation navigation is provided to support the operation until you get used to it. You can shift to FULL mode at the stage where you are used to using it and use it in earnest.

Easy program creation with LITE mode.

  • Since it starts from the drawing of the cross-sectional view of the product, errors in bending direction, bending order, and die interference are easy to understand, and input time to NC can be shortened.

Screen and language switching for each worker.

  • If you use the user authentication function, you can set the screen for each worker, so you can operate with your preferred screen and language.
  • Even if one bending machine is used by multiple people, the operation authority can be changed for each worker, so you can operate it with peace of mind.

Angle sensor Bi-S (automatic 1-axis/2-axis).

  • Can be processed to the target angle without trial bending.
  • Double-sided contact angle sensor.
  • High speed & precision.
  • Automatic 1-axis / 2-axis machining enables 2-point measurement for long objects.

L-axis shift function.

  • The horizontal position is determined, so you can bend it with confidence.

Laser type safety device AS-01.

  • A self-developed laser safety device designed to prevent danger during bending and not impair workability.
  • In addition to the normal mode for processing flat plate materials, there are functions such as box bending mode for processing materials with rising edges, which are convenient for bending workers.

Wireless Digipro.

  • Accurate angle measurement, angle correction input, and obtuse angle measurement can be easily performed.
  • Supports 2-point measurement of alignment angle.

  • The maximum processing weight of the heavy follower device is 150 kg. Maximum processing size 1250 x 2500mm. It is effective in saving labor, preventing product bending, and supporting additional bending. Can be moved to an evacuation station when not in use.

Bi-S (automatic 1-axis/2-axis)

  • Bend angle 90 to 165°.
  • Plate thickness 1 to 6mm.
