In addition, AI is used to recognise and extract dimensions.

VPSS 4ie Production Designer

  • Create a development drawing using your CAD data. 2D data can be converted into 3D data, and 3D data can be imported as is, allowing you to check for interference and modify the model while the parts are assembled. Problems can be identified before creating a development drawing, reducing machining defects on site.

VPSS 4ie BLANK

  • Automatically create processing programs for punch, laser, and composite blank machines and nesting data with high yield. The customer's processed products/parts are automatically placed on the sheet metal material so that there is less wasted material. At the same time as automatic placement, machining trajectories are automatically assigned to products/parts. This reduces material waste and creates machining programs that allow immediate blank machining. It is also possible to automatically allocate TK assist molds and ARFT-BCLS molds, which are Amada's unique sheet metal processing technologies.

VPSS 4ie BEND

  • You can automatically create bending programs for multiple parts and verify whether each part can be bent. Automatically determines bending order, mold layout, butting position, etc. You can check the machining process using realistic drawing simulations, including molded parts and fasteners.
  • When creating new bending data, the "AiBEND" function refers to bending data for similar products created by the customer in the past, and creates an optimal bend that reflects the customer's accumulated bending skills. It is possible to create data.

VPSS 4ie ARBEND

  • Create a machining program for the bending robot. Equipped with a "Programming Assist" function that automatically calculates robot movements, bending orders, molds used, etc., greatly improving usability. Easy-to-understand and easy-to-understand operations, even for beginners, reduces the time required to create bending programs.

  • Create a processing program for a fiber laser welding robot. VPSS 4ie TUBE
