LC-C1AJe SERIES

Fiber laser combination machine, a versatile solution for any type of production.

 

The LC-C1 AJe combination machine brings together the high performance of AMADA’s electric punching system with the low energy consumption of AMADA’s fiber laser cutting.

 

The 46-station turret with 4 tapping units offers superb versatility, with no setup errors thanks to the AMADA ID Tooling System (AITS) that can precisely monitor the position of the punch and any need for tool maintenance entirely automatically.

FEATURES - LC-C1AJe SERIES

High productivity and low running cost

Fiber Laser Oscillator: AJ-3000

  • This machine utilises a fiber laser oscillator with a high-energy exchange efficiency and AC servo single drive. The power receiving capacity is about 1/3 that of a 4kW CO₂ combined machine, and about 1/2 that of a 2kW machine, realising energy savings. The power receiving capacity is almost the same as that of a hydraulically driven turret punch press. Also, no gas for laser oscillation is required, which further saves energy. Compared to CO₂ (4kW), clean-cut enables high speed processing on thin plate and reduces cost.

AMNC4ie

  • The new AMNC 4ie NC system is developed based on the concept of the "4 e's" to address the key issues in sustainability, namely "human issues" and "environmental issues." In addition to controlling machines and peripheral devices, the AMNC 4ie has enhanced interface functions to connect customers and machines.

Facial Recognition

  • Language and screen display can be switched.
    (setting is required in advance)

Startup Inspection Guidance

  • Navigation video that allows anyone to perform startup inspections according to the procedures. Management and sharing of inspection history.

Mobile HMI

  • Notification of remote start/end prediction/completion using mobile HMI.

CO2 Emission Reporting Function

  • CO2 emissions are measured for each component, and reports can be created and filed.

FUNCTIONALITY - LC-C1AJe SERIES

tapping station

  • A maximum of 4 tapping tools can be installed, allowing the tapping process to be consolidated.
  • *Both cutting and rolling taps are available.

Die lift-up station

  • High-height dies such as molding dies are usually stored below the pass line, so there is no interference with the material during processing, and high-quality processing without scratches on the back side is possible.

floating brush table

  • When moving the material after downward molding, the brush table around the turret floats 5mm to prevent interference with the material.

Automatic laser scrap removal (option)

  • It automates the time-consuming transport of laser scrap.
  • *Uses footage from ACIES-AJ.

Cutting plate automatic cleaning (option)

  • The cutting plate part is automatically cleaned with a brush.

HP (Hyper) Easy Cut (Option)

  • A device that extracts the nitrogen component from the compressor air. It is like a simple nitrogen generator and creates nitrogen with a purity of 95-97%.

i-Nozzle Checker

  • Nozzle condition diagnosis/automatic centering
  • (Optional)

i-Optics Sensor

  • Diagnoses the condition of the protective glass.
  • Periodically diagnoses the protective glass to ensure stable cut quality.

i-Process Monitoring

  • Monitoring Piercing and Cutting condition.
  • Piercing penetration detection and processing defects are detected by luminance sensor.

ID Tool system

Digital management of quality.

  • Check tools that require polishing based on plate thickness, material, number of hits, etc. We always maintain optimal tool conditions and achieve stable processing quality.

Setup support function.

  • Tool information useful for tool setup work is displayed on the monitor. By comparing with the ID information, tool setting mistakes can be prevented. Equipped with an in-machine camera. By linking with a smartphone or tablet, you can check the operating status of the machine from anywhere.

Nozzle Changer

  • Up to 4 types of nozzles can be automatically exchanged according to processing conditions for each plate thickness and material. Automatic replacement is possible when the same nozzle is installed and the cutting time exceeds a certain level.

  • The single sheet pick-up device in the tower allows flexible scheduling regardless of material thickness and types.

  • The two tower specification of material, product and skeleton tower enables continuous operation of multiple materials and products.

Automatic Warehouse Connection Specification

  • Continuous operation is realised by connecting automatic warehouses. Efficient layout is possible according to the customer's installation space and height.

TK Automation Solution

Equipped with a take-out loader to realise jointless operation.

  • The automatic product accumulation arm (TK) frees you from material supply, disassembly and sorting work. Since the left and right arms are independently driven, small, large and long parts can be taken out without joints.

Effect of introduction.

  • The LC-C1AJe automation solution enables immediate supply to the next process after blank processing. This leads to shortening of the total lead time.
