auto programming

  • Both part data and nesting data can be processed.
  • "Efficient machining path" is automatically programmed. We aim to shorten the processing time.

Machining history management

  • Tap usage status can be checked. Therefore, the life of the tap can be grasped, and defects can be prevented.
  • Since the number of sheets can be counted, mistakes such as forgetting to make can be prevented.

4 axis tapper

  • There are 4 sizes. The one-touch coupler system simplifies tap replacement.

FUNCTIONALITY - CTS 900NT

Teaching function

  • Workpieces without figure data or NC data can be handled by tracing input using a joystick.

Movable workpiece receiver

  • By moving the work holder up and down, it reduces scratches on the back when moving the work.

Floating mechanism

  • The ±0.2mm floating mechanism absorbs misalignment of pilot holes, enabling accurate tapping.

Air blow device

  • Removes dust after processing. Furthermore, by cooling the tap, the accuracy life of the tap is improved and high-quality machining is achieved.
