Significant reduction in machining time

  • Two wheels, ceramic and CPVF, are standard equipment. High-speed, high-quality deburring is achieved through integrated work from roughing to finishing.
  • By increasing the output of the twin-hole site motor, it is possible to achieve a speed of 5m/min, which is five times that of the conventional machine, and it is possible to greatly shorten the deburring time.

Advantages of wet processing

  • Wet processing reduces dust generation and greatly improves the working environment.
  • Wet processing minimises thermal deformation of the workpiece and achieves high-quality processing.

High-performance deburring process

  • Each No.1 and No.2 wheel can trajectory and stop the oscillation operation. It supports deburring in all directions, and the finished surface is stable.
  • Manual handle with digital display makes plate thickness adjustment easy. Feed speed can be adjusted in the range of 1~10m/min.

Compatible with a wide variety of materials and plate thicknesses

  • The twin-hole structure enables processing of plate thicknesses from 0.5 to 12.7 mm. (0.5 to 7mm, 7mm to 12.7mm. Two-stage switching by lever operation.)
  • Molded workpieces can also be machined using the optional brush wheel.
  • Laser dross removal is easy with the standard ceramic wheel.

Easy maintenance

  • Detachment of the wheel can be easily done by removing two bolts on each side.
  • Since the water tank is movable with casters, it is easy to inspect and maintain the filtration system.

Space saving, low cost

  • By incorporating the dryer into the machine body, it becomes even more compact and does not take up much space in the factory.
  • Built-in circulation tank with filtration filter eliminates the need for water pipes and reduces running costs.
