Corner Shear

FEATURES - Corner Shear

Numerous functions for easy and speedy high-precision machining:

Positioning device

  • Equipped with a stopper that allows anyone to easily perform high-precision positioning by operating a single lever.
  • The angle of the corner notch can be set to 45°, 90°, or 135° with a single touch, and fine adjustments can be made in 0.1mm increments.

Plate holder

  • To prevent the material from slipping during cutting, the plate retainer holds the material in place as the blade descends. This eliminates material bounce and enables high-precision processing. (A protective cover is attached to the outside of the plate retainer.)

Clearance adjustment

  • By turning the dial on the front of the table during corner notch processing, you can easily and quickly set the optimum clearance according to the plate thickness and material.
  • The clearance can be easily read from the memory on the outer circumference of the dial.

High rigidity post slide system

  • The ram moves up and down along a highly rigid twin post slide to maintain high precision over time.
  • In addition, no troublesome daily maintenance is required due to the adoption of non-hot water bearings.

Blade

  • Since the bottom blade of the corner notch has a two-sided blade, the polishing time is doubled and it is very economical.
