We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Service Call Centre, designed to provide you with faster, more efficient, and professional support for all your service needs as of 1st May 2025.
To enhance our response times and ensure that your requests are handled promptly, we kindly request that all future service inquiries be directed to our Service Call Centre instead of contacting our Field Service Engineers directly via their mobile phone.

Operating Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 17:00 AEST/AEDT, excluding public holidays and company closing period over Christmas and New Year
