New punch/L shear combination machine.

 

《Punching》and《Shearing》are combined to expand the processing range.

 

A turret punch press and an L shear are combined into a single machine optimum for producing rectangular parts like panels and sashes. The turret punch press adopts an AC servo single drive system and achieves high productivity and quality.

The L shear has an AC servo and unloads blanks with high efficiency.

FEATURES - LS-2612E

high productivity

  • Productivity is improved with a long stroke of 4250 mm on the X axis and a new origin setting method.
  • The 4250mm slide eliminates the need to change grips after final machining.
  • By changing the work set Y-axis position to the L shear final machining position, the axis movement time is shortened.

Yield rate improvement

  • It reduces the number of hits and improves the yield rate.

Expansion of processing area

5′ x 10′ material area 1 clamp processing.

  • It eliminates the need for 5' x 10' material, tapping, punching, and outer circumference cutting with an L shear (jointless delivery), which used to require regripping.

Realisation of high-quality machining

Processing without scratches and without crushing the molded part.

  • By raising the brush table by 5 mm when moving the axis, it is possible to perform downward molding without getting stuck.
  • Downward burring and tapping can be performed without damage, realising process integration.

Realisation of scrap lifting-free machining.

  • A power vacuum function that injects powerful air downward inside the die and sucks the punched waste to the bottom.
  • As a result, it is possible to suppress shavings and achieve shallow machining at the lower end (small stroke).

AC servo single drive adoption

  • AC servo single drive with highly durable ball screw + link is adopted to realise high productivity as well as high speed stable machining.
  • Its efficient movement realises an amazing stroke and an optimum stroke according to the plate thickness.

Expanded to Y blade cutting length 1500mm

  • The clearance is also automatically adjusted in 5 steps.
  • By changing the lower end, 5 types of processing are possible.
  • By controlling the stroke of the upper blade, it eliminates the need to cut the material twice and prevents the generation of whiskers.

MPT tap station

  • By installing a tapping station in the turret, the range of punching and tapping becomes common, shortening the programming time and machining time.
  • *Available from M2.5 to M8 *Available for cutting and rolling taps

High height upward molding with P&F (option)

  • By holding down the plate with a punch and raising only the tip of the forming die, high-height, high-quality forming without distortion is achieved.
  • The upward forming die has the same pass line as the standard die, reducing back scratches and bending.

Suction suction device (option)

  • The vacuum is used to forcefully discharge the scraps into the scrap box.
  • Inverter-controlled 3-stage suction power prevents scraps from rising.
