Wet deburring machine with vertical brushes.

 

Smooth, high-quality finish with a vertical brush. Achieves deburring with smooth edges that are gentle on fingers!

 

Three-axis structure (roughing wheels, vertical brushes, and finishing wheels) eliminates laser dross and performs R chamfering. Various wheels are available to suit the deburring contents. Processes from thin sheets to thick plates (0.5 to 12.7mm).

wet processing

  • Wet processing reduces dust generation, removes dust remaining on the surface, and prevents product deformation due to heat. Saves space by eliminating the need for a dust collector.

Compatible with a wide variety of materials and plate thicknesses

  • It supports a wide range of plate thicknesses from 0.5 to 12.7mm. Molded workpieces can also be machined using the optional brush wheel.

easy maintenance

  • A vertical brush reversing mechanism has been adopted to facilitate brush replacement and maintenance work.

Easy product removal

  • Makes it easier to retrieve small products that have fallen during deburring.

Realisation of high-speed, high-quality deburring (Equipped with 2 wheels + vertical brush unit)

  • A vertical brush unit, which specialises in R-chamfering, is added to the horizontal axis unit that performs rough cutting and finishing with two wheels, ceramic and CPVF, to achieve finger-friendly deburring.
  • As a result, laser dross removal as well as deburring of a wide variety of products such as products with dowels and burring can be handled.
