GUNMAN-III NT

NC stud welding machine equipped with AMNC.

High-speed supply and automatic welding of stud bolts loaded in 6 types of feeders.


The program is created based on the graphic data of the SDD server, dramatically improving productivity up to mass production processing.

 

Equipped with a highly rigid machine frame and a highly accurate positioning device, it solves processing problems faced by customers, such as falling stud bolts and misalignment.

Reduction of setup man-hours.

  • Graphic data is read from the SDD server via the network, and stud bolts are automatically assigned to the shape (macro/special type). Welding conditions (charging voltage) can be set automatically. Reduce programming time and increase productivity.
  • * It is also possible to place stud bolts by inputting coordinates on the touch panel.

Reduction of product processing defects.

  • With the simulation function, it is possible to prevent mistakes in product processing in advance.
  • Check items by simulation:
  • Presence or absence of interference between stud bolts and collets, etc.
  • Presence or absence of designation of different studs for the same feeder.

Stable processing accuracy and processing quality

  • Equipped with high-precision NC and positioning device, automatic operation by program is realised. Positioning, which is difficult to do manually, can be performed accurately and at high speed, and welding pitch and position deviation can be resolved.
  • Welding conditions, processing locations, and setup information can be managed as a program. Prevents forgetting to hit stud bolts during mass production.

High productivity (continuous welding of stud bolts)

  • Equipped with a 6-parts feeder and multi-collet for loading studs. Machining of stud bolts with different diameters No need to change collets. High-speed supply and continuous processing of stud bolts greatly improves productivity.
  • Available bolt sizes (standard specifications): M3, M4, M5, M6 (φ6), M8 (φ8), M10 (φ10) *Parts feeder lane can be changed as a factory option.

Expanded machining area (new welding power source)

  • By improving the performance of the welding power source, it is now compatible with stud bolts up to M10 (Φ10).
  • Corresponding stud bolt:
  • Type: CD stud straight shape only
  • Diameter: M3 to M10 (Φ10)
  • Length: Max. 25 mm

FUNCTIONALITY - GUNMAN-III NT

Multi collet for M10 (Φ10)

  • By adopting open/close type multi-collet, there is no need to replace the collet according to the type of stud. Continuous machining can be performed without setup changes.
  • High rigidity suppresses collapse of stud bolts. Since only the tip at the tip can be replaced, it contributes to a reduction in running costs.

Grounding with two types of powered clamps

  • Grounding during welding is obtained from two types of four clamps. Adjustment of the clamp position and lock operation can be easily performed.
  • A highly insulating phenolic resin plate is used for the table where the product surface is in contact. Prevents abnormal current flow due to iron powder, etc., and provides a beautiful product appearance.

Surface polishing brush unit

  • Welding is stabilised by polishing the surface of the electro-galvanised steel sheet.
