HRB-ATC Series

In bending, the critical aspects affecting productivity are tool setup and programming times. AMADA has designed the HRB-ATC series available in the 1003 and 2204 versions, to provide the ideal solution for processing small-sized batches with AFH-ATC tools. Thanks to the integrated ATC Automatic Tool Changer and powerful offline VPSS 3i Bend software, increasingly smaller lots and shorter lead times are no longer a problem. Set-up times are drastically reduced due to the Automatic Tool Changer providing high efficiency and precision setup and the possibility for operators, with varying experience, to use the machine effectively.

Automatic tool changer (ATC).

  • Compatible with AFH standard tools - (AFH-ATC tool is required).
  • Automatic tool change is not affected by operator skill.

AMNC 3i operation

  • By adopting a multi-touch LCD panel and adopting a user-centered design, it is possible to operate the screen intuitively like a smartphone, giving consideration to improving operator operability. The conventional horizontal 15-inch display has been expanded to a vertical 18.5-inch wide display, allowing you to check the information necessary for programming and bending at a glance. By enhancing the display function, tooling information can be displayed realistically.

Angle sensor Bi-S (automatic 1-axis/2-axis).

  • Can be processed to the target angle without trial bending.

  • The horizontal position is determined, so you can bend it with confidence.

Laser type safety device AS-01.

  • A self-developed laser safety device designed to prevent danger during bending and not impair workability.
  • In addition to the normal mode for processing flat plate materials, there are functions such as box bending mode for processing materials with rising edges, which are convenient for bending workers.
